Using a structured survey instrument created by healthcare, informatics, and management specialists, this research investigates how Indian healthcare organisations have adopted and used Artificial Intelligence (AI). The purpose of this research is to evaluate artificial intelligence (AI) adoption in healthcare from a variety of angles, including its present state, important drivers, success levels, and obstacles. With phases like "no activity," "developing," "limited deployment," and "full implementation," data was gathered on a variety of AI use cases. Statistical studies, both descriptive and comparative, were carried out using Excel, with the use of tools such as Fisher's Exact and Chi-square tests. .
